# Get Alerts

`🔔 ┃ get-alerts`the only public channel that your users are meant to see. It can be moved to a different location and renamed if you wish. However, note that if you you switch channels and do not click `Keep Current Permissions`, you'll need to manually adjust the roles on the channel to make sure that `Sense` has permissions within it as well. \

Here, users can subscribe to your alerts via Telegram or SMS (if you have the *Pro* plan).\
